01 / The story
I learned where decisions have consequences.
Ideas have little value until they change a real outcome. I work where decisions become products, systems, and position.
At 16, in Gorakhpur, I entered the web through freelancing. I designed pages, wrote code, handled clients, repaired failures, and delivered. Every project taught the same lesson: markets reward usefulness, speed, trust, and the ability to adapt before others do.
By the time I moved to Pune to study Information Technology, I had completed close to 100 projects. College strengthened my engineering foundation. Real clients taught me something equally important: understand what people need, control what you can, and take responsibility for the result.
In 2022, I founded Growpro Rise. That was the shift from completing projects to owning outcomes. Scalimo and Stitchli followed. I remain close to customers, product, and execution because distance hides weakness, while direct knowledge creates advantage.

Entered the market by designing, coding, publishing, and delivering for real clients.

Moved to Pune and strengthened the technical foundation behind the work.
